Our Grass Finished Prime Rib is available now for pre-order, with pick-up in July. This annual offering comes in 3, 4, or 7 ribs, cut off the bone and tied back together. We only offer grass finished prime ribs by pre-order. All prime ribs are frozen and vaccum packed and will retain their quality for use at the holidays.
